    ACORID. Media converters typically operate on the physical layer (OSI Layer 1) to simply provide an electrical-to-optical conversion, bridging the gap between copper and fiber optic cabling. IMC Networks' media conversion solutions are available in several form-factors and configurations, from low-cost standalone units to high-density rack-mountable modular chassis. 

    ACORID. Media converters provide a transparent Ethernet link between copper and optical fiber medium. Raisecom offers a wide array of product portfolio for copper to fiber and fiber to fiber media conversion in the following supported protocols: 10/100/1000 Ethernet, T1/E1, DS3/E3, POTS, RS232, RS485, SONET/SDH and CWDM; also interfaces for different speeds, fibers, and transmission distances.
