The standard warranty service of ACORID network products

 

Dear customer,

 

Firstly, we owe our thanks for your and your company’s support. To provide more satisfactory services to you and guarantee customers’ rights in a better way, we have the following warranty policies offering and you need to take a couple of minutes to read it carefully

 

1One year warranty

 

a. Our company shall guarantee the replacement with defect for any quality problem within three months since the purchasing date;

 

b. Our company shall provide free maintenance for any product quality problems within one year since the purchasing date;

 

c. Our company would like to provide maintenance for any product quality problems exceed one year warranty but within three years, but we will charge material costs;

 

d. Our company shall no longer offer maintenance for the products beyond the warranty and unrepairable due to serious damage, out of spare part or other uncontrollable factors.

3Quick Response

 

We will response clients’ device failure problems if products are in the warranty period within 3 hours and deal it in shortest. Given product can’t be repaired timely due to special reason; we would like to confer with clients on it and offer the solutions. NOTE: we will confer with clients on it actively if we are not able to repair them in terms of the mentioned guarantee because of the accidental factors.

Our after sale service workdays is from Monday to Friday and eight hours/day (holidays is an exception)

 

5 Service period exceeds the validity of warranty

 

There is relative material fee we shall charge if any failure. We will deal it in shortest, given product can’t be repaired timely due to special reason; we would like to confer with clients on it and offer the solutions.

 

6Those which can’t be included in Acorid standard warranty services:

 

* Damage or malfunction due to incorrect installation, preservation in term of manual.

 

* Damage or failure except for the installation, repair, rejigger or disassembly by Acorid authorized service offices, workers.

 

* Damage or failure due to the force majeure including such as earthquake, fire ect.

 

* Damage or failure caused because of accidental or man-made reason(including portage, squeeze, wound, bump, high temperaturet, incorrect voltage input,...etc.)

 

7 Precautions:

 

a. Customer shall present the warranty card or effective purchase voucher when requesting this service, please keep them properly;

 

b. The warranty card shall be invalid unless stamped by the dealer;

 

c. The terms herein shall govern in case of any conflict with other after-sales service rules;

 

d. Our company shall reserve the right to amend and interpret the rules.
